1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MyPortrait ("the Service"), operated by SkillBinder, a division of Epoxy Dogs LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyPortrait is an AI-powered image transformation service that converts user-uploaded photographs into artistic renditions in various styles. The Service uses artificial intelligence to interpret and recreate uploaded images in selected artistic styles.

3. User Accounts & Credits

Upon purchasing a package, you will receive a unique credit link that provides access to your purchased credits. You are responsible for keeping this link secure. Credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Unused credits will expire after this period and are non-refundable.

• Single Portrait: 1 credit
• Three Pack: 3 credits
• Master Collection: 9 credits

Each credit entitles you to one (1) AI-generated artwork.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your generated artwork, contact us at support@myportrait.app to request a refund or credit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Expired credits are not eligible for refunds.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Your Photos: You retain all rights to the photographs you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited license to process the image for the sole purpose of generating your artwork.

Generated Artwork: You receive full commercial usage rights to all artwork generated from your photos. You may use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your generated artwork for both personal and commercial purposes without restriction.

Our Service: The MyPortrait name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of SkillBinder / Epoxy Dogs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Use the Service to generate content that could be used to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• Automate access to the Service through bots or scripts

We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate access for violations of these terms.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The artwork produced by MyPortrait is generated by artificial intelligence. Results are unique artistic interpretationsof your uploaded photos and may vary in detail, likeness, and accuracy. We strive for high fidelity but cannot guarantee exact replication of the subject's appearance. Each piece is one-of-a-kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillBinder / Epoxy Dogs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
